How to Customize Your Spin Wheel

Colors, sounds, spin duration, and remove-winner — the settings that matter for real use.

Entries and lists

Type names in the Entries tab, paste with Bulk edit, or import TXT/CSV. Sort A–Z after a messy import, then shuffle once before you present.

Look and feel

Pick a color theme in Customize. Adjust spin duration — about 6 seconds works well for groups. Toggle tick sounds, winning sounds, and confetti to match your setting.

Share and export

Share copies a link with your wheel setup. Export TXT or CSV for records. Save PNG or PDF from the wheel after a public draw.

Try it yourself

Open any wheel on OnlineWheelPicker, paste your list, and spin. Press Space to spin, F for fullscreen, and use Bulk edit in the Entries tab to paste names from a spreadsheet.
