OnlineWheelPicker is designed with privacy first. We do not require accounts, and wheel entries you create are stored locally in your browser — not uploaded to our servers by default.

Data We Collect

Wheel data (local only)

Names, entries, and wheel settings are saved in your browser's local storage and IndexedDB. This data never leaves your device unless you use the Share feature, which encodes your wheel in a URL you choose to send.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity) to understand aggregate usage — page views, device types, and performance. These tools do not receive your wheel entries.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for theme preference (light/dark mode). Third-party ad partners, if enabled, may use cookies per their own policies.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate Google AdSense for advertising and Google Search Console for SEO monitoring. These services operate under their own privacy policies. You can opt out of personalized ads through your browser or Google's ad settings.

Children's Privacy

Our service is suitable for classroom use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Teachers and parents should supervise use and avoid entering sensitive personal data.

Your Rights
